Question on targeting call in Peach Bowl

My thoughts are the call not being made was a make up call for the one they didn't call that gave AS a Touchdown. On their last touchdown when they were showing replays , it was clear as day that # 77 pulled #4 over goal from about the 2 or 3 line. Pushing is legal but there is a clear 15 yd penalty for pulling forward over the goal. Did anyone else notice this ?

I did notice the pull and was surprised it wasn’t called. That penalty actually got called against the Vols earlier this year, on a non TD run.

Who cares, don’t let ref calls matter. Lots of game and missed or bad calls happen in every game.

That makes absolutely no sense since Scat was pulled across the goal-line AFTER the no call for targeting. “Make up” can’t be made prior.
