We lost that game in 54 seconds around the half. Sure there were many places where we made mistakes, but that 54 seconds in what was a defensive struggle was a back breaker.

Yup...no margin of error in this one..props to ND for playing clean and being coached well.

Kirby randomly wanting to be aggressive and shitty special teams flipped the game quickly. Defense player great.

Need a new offense

You mean holding their asses off and not getting called for it?

Yep defense was lights out most of the night. Turnovers killed us again. I can’t remember us turning it over as much as we did this year. I also can’t remember getting as few turnovers as we did this year.

What made Kirby think we could score from our own 20 with 40 seconds left in the half? Damn, just run it and go to the locker room...

And with your backup QB in his first game.

Might be the dumbest thing tonight considering how our offense been all season and our qb getting injured 3 weeks ago to something similar

Zero. He played as well as you could hope for but they were playing for a low scoring defensive game.

He did have that fumble on that play that set them up for the first touchdown.
