Bama requirements

I received an informational packet in the mail today from them. They said you could be successful with a 990 on the SAT and a 3.0 GPA. Do any of you Bama guys know what range in the SAT you would have to make to get in with a 2.5 GPA? I also will have an additional math credit, and foreign language credit than what they are looking for. Also does out of state tuition increase my chances.

I've slacked off a good bit. But we do use a 7 point grading scale, instead of a 10. So me making an 80 here is a C. In other places it's a B.

True. That doesn't mean they aren't easy to get into.
I'm pretty sure Ole Miss will accept someone with a 2.5 and a 19 on the ACT. That doesn't mean it's a shite institute.

This is true. Ole Miss is as hard as any other state school in the south. By state law though, it's easy to get into.

Agreed, Ole Miss is a pretty safe fallback school. The requirements are just as low as Southern Miss per state law, but the educational opportunity is much better.

There's actually a ton of LSU fans at Alabama. In one of my classes there were about 15.
