When it comes to bubble teams, we want to see those who can beat anyone on any given day. This provides the best entertainment. Bama proved they can. Ole miss should get in ahead of the ACC loser or 5th best conference champ for the same reasons.

Last year the excuse to let Bama in was “we need to take the best teams”, regardless of records or resume. There is always an excuse to let them in.

Other than Ole Miss and South Carolina fans, why should anyone care? If Bama is not good enough they will get bounced. If they are then they will win. Seems pretty straightforward to me.
