Those “predictions” were put out before the two polls were released by two giant homers. Their guesses are are no better than ours

I agree. Some were a bit surprising. They even predicted winners going all the way up to the Championship.

Yeah ... Shannon Terry didn't pick the best when he formed this latest iteration of a network of his.
The networks were always all about the recruiting. But he's always been lacking when demanding true hard-hitting and well researched sports journalism from his team sites.
I'll give Jim Heckman credit in that regard. Jim pushed for balanced and informative and original content. Not just rehashing worn out cliches from press conferences and random predictions from talking heads scrambling to fill in the blanks the morning after while still hungover.
