Injured Quinn or freshman Arch against the Twelfth Man at night.

Win-win for A&M. I kinda hope Manning starts.

Ewers is smart.

He knows if he plays hurt and gets his arse beat they’ll just bring in Arch. Then the loss can be blamed on the Texas Messiah.

On a more serious note, I seriously hope Elko had the defense prep for Manning. If not, we're going to have a reverse-Missouri nightmare on our hands.

That makes 2 of us...but it won't happen if quinn can stand upright. We saw last game that Sark will not pull him if he can stand up straight.

I was told Manning was the best backup in the country? Why are you scared?

Didn't Manning get in the game against Georgia, or am I misremembering the X posts?

Because the backup won't start. The injured Quinn Ewers will.

Do you struggle with reading comprehension?

I clearly want arch to start. I'm not afraid of him playing.

Yes, they both played. Ultimately it didn’t matter who was in.

This is like us telling ya'll that we want Weigman instead of Reed. Manning is faster, bigger, more accurate, he can run MUCH better, throw a better deep ball, is better in the pocket. Texas beats aggy with Quinn by 7, they beat aggy with Manning by double digits.

Manning failed in his shot against Georgia at home.

Kyle Field ain't home, and I'd love to see a freshman (redshirt or not, member of the Manning family or not) go up against our defense in our house.

And why wouldn't you want Weigman over Reed? His arm talent is better, but he's terrible in these kinds of games.

He’s also a freshman that has zero starts and has played against zero good SEC teams.

I’ll take the freshman. All five star QBs have these qualities. He’s nothing special.

Look, I have no idea how Manning will perform but didn't Aggy give up 40+ points in their last two SEC games?

No its his second year, like Reed. Except he's much MUCH better than Reed in every possible way.

I guess we'll find out in 30 hours..

He was thrown in for ONE play right before halftime.

Here's a breakdown of what he does different than most young QBs

My apologies.

Auburn scored *only* 31 points in regulation.

They did. They gave up 44 to South Carolina on the road (inexcusable and inexplicable), and 31 in regulation to Auburn (10 in the second half, which is much more consistent with their usual performance).

Those were on the road. This is at Kyle Field at night.
