Having a great AD makes all the difference.

Keith Carter has completely transformed our AD in less than 7 years. He basically told the good ole boy network when he went to hire Lane, “get on board or get the frick out. We don’t need you”.

And those old, miserable fricks fell in line and we’ve been rolling since he was made AD.

He’s big as a brick shite house too which helps him command a room’s attention before even speaking. He’s like 6’4-6’5.
