Should LSU start paying Alabama rent to get to use Tiger Stadium?

I saw this mentioned on Reddit yesterday. It really isnt right that Alabama allows LSU to use their Western stadium for free.

So is Alabama gonna start paying back LSU money that was spent on the a $19.8 million renovation that was done on the stadium in the offseason.If bama owns tiger stadium,then they can start paying for renovations.
