Why am I rooting for Tech right now, and is this a Dawg Card violation?

(Anyone drawing social security and/or pooping into man diapers these days, I already know what your answer is)

I officially give up trying to understand what targeting is these days. I won't google that shite. I won't make a prediction during the official replays. I'll just wait for the white hat to announce his decision and then move on with life.

No violent motion to hit head or upper neck area with any part of your body. No lowering helmet to hit any part of the body.

That's the part I don't understand and part of the reason I'm giving up on trying to ever understand.

Miami had two different hits that were reviewed where the announcers were basically "yes he hit with the crown of his helmet, but..."

I’m tired of hearing about Miami so I’m just rooting against them.

If you're talking about understanding the announcers' handling and interpretation of the rules, it's quite simple and consistent, at least where Georgia is involved. If there's a penalty against Georgia, they will vigorously agree with the call, or sometimes if it's a marginal call they'll just ignore it and not show a replay. Herbstreit will also point out penalties that he thinks Georgia got away with and their crew will show a replay in haste before the next snap.

If there's a penalty against Georgia's opponent, then they'll have some doubts unless it's flagrant. If it's flagrant and doesn't get called, they'll never show a replay.

We had a good time. There’s a walkway from section to section that is right in front of my seats and I was high-fiving everyone who walked by.
