Tennessee actually has 3 Top 25 wins if you factor in the time they played NC State and Oklahoma were ranked when UT played them. I guess they just go by current rankings and not earlier in the season.

What's fun is what happens when you tighen it up just a little to eliminate those with borderline top 25 wins.
Let's use the top 20 instead. Here's the same list using only the top 20.

Using rankings at the time of the game is kind of silly.
FSU was ranked when they lost to GT and Boston College. They're 1-8 right now. Counting them as a "ranked win" is ridiculous.
