Y’all’s sense of history in this series is warped.
We regularly beat you at Kyle and you’ve acted like that doesn’t happen. Y’all also regularly beat us at home.
This series basically is won by the home team and has for a long time now.
Y’all pretending to OWN A&M, despite your championships, is just not true. Kudos on always having a great team though and winning what we never could.
But pretending you ALWAYS beat us, is factually….FALSE.

Hope we can beat South Carolina. Probably our toughest game of the season so far. Their defense is tough!

People don’t base their posts on facts on the Rant. They post whatever they think will get people riled up, sometimes using half truths and more often just making crap up. I’m an engineer, so facts are important to me even on a site like this. Unfortunately, the vast majority of folks who post here don’t really worry about posting facts — it’s the product of an anonymous board and a very immature user base.

It is a shame that older folks like us can’t have just good conversations about our teams and the games without so many immature making snide remarks or just deliberately trolling the thread.
In this rivalry LSU has the upper hand but over the recent years it has been pretty even.
Which is what makes a rivalry fun and interesting.

Agree Godaws4. A&M vs LSU has been a good rivalry to me back to my days in school in the 80s. Not a fan of trolls.

Perhaps you can provide us with a link to the LSU fan who said that we always beat A&M? Maybe someone said that we've beaten you in BR every time we've played you there since you joined the conference, which is accurate.

I agree completely with what you said, with the qualifier *since 2020…although LSU stepped up and played for an SEC title in 2022, which again underscores the difference between the 2 programs.
But instead of these talking points, I hear daddy A&M, A&M owns LSU, tiger fans know how to take an L…it’s amusing and ridiculous…and it gives me a small amount of sympathy for the Texas fans that I’ve seen get pulled into these types of threads.
7 of those 11 losses were from the 80’s and 90’s…that’s not modern college football…no one cares what happened before face masks and the forward pass…which again reiterates the drivel for this group…keep it since 2000 (3-4 for LSU) and I’ll gladly give you some of what you are asking for.

That’s not good in my estimation

We had to play them 27 straight times in Baton Rouge (we also had two bowl games against them during this stretch) where we went 8-20-1. Not making excuses but there was a significant stretch where LSU refused to come to Kyle Field and it ended up skewing the overall total in their favor.

Ok, then just keep your talking points to *since 2000, or in modern college football, or since A&M joined the SEC.
My guess is you won’t like those numbers either.

Actually only 4 of them came from that period but I realize math can be hard sometimes.

Dude I acknowledged that era of the rivalry existed there’s no talking points about it. Both sides can cherry pick to skew the results in their favor. (Like you’re trying to do with *modern era*)
We can skew it to where outside of the 27 times in a row we had to go to Baton Rouge to play y’all we lead the series 16-12-2 just like your doing with the 6-4 lead you guys have since 2000 (the games between 2012-2105 never officially happened).

just .
What a loser mentality, but completely predictable for your fan base…thanks for reminding me what kind of perspective on life your fan base has…I’m sure you will want a trophy too no matter what happens this year…absolutely a loser fan base…I’ll save myself some texting energy and move on from this now

Games were played, but according to the NCAA and the SEC they don’t count towards the official record.
If we had to vacate some of our wins because we cheated I wouldn’t count them either.

You’re 4-9 since 2010 vs. LSU, never winning at Tiger Stadium. Hush.

Acting like those games never happened is clown behavior. Grow up

4-10 but 4-6 officially. Does Louisiana not teach basic math or something?

Blame the NCAA, I don’t make the rules.
