OU/Temple Post Game Talk

Will try to post some info and likely lots of twitter videos of players. Twitter is awesome as it can include video clips and most are 30 seconds or less. Feel free to add anything you like or disliked about the game.

My short recap

Defense was outstanding. 6 turnovers with 2 INT and 4 forced fumbles. Last year we forced 6 fumbles all season long. And Bowman almost had a 7th. Our interior D is stacked. I love watching the transition from all offense to a better defense and more balanced team. Defense will keep you in every game.

Offense was fine and we did not go vertical by design. It was bland and we are looking at bigger picture. OLine needs work but will come together. We have a deep RB room. And we have a TE game again!! Mark Andrews had to be smiling. WE room is banged up though, that depth can get thin fast. Jackson is the real deal and Hawkins is too. Tatum my goodness he is going to add a lot this year. 0 fer on 3rd downs has to improve. 4 were good pass drops. Others the wrs ran routes short of marker.

Special teams are special again! We brought in the top 4 ST coach and so far its paying off. And we have a kicker!! That kid can kick!

All in all a good game and 52-3 win. Love that Zac called the entire defense, those cats are nasty!!
