Stetson Bennett and Carson Beck. After this season, both will have natties on their resume.

I never guaranteed anything. It would have been foolish to do that when Saban was coaching in the conference. And as long as Saban is.....oh wait! Saban is gone!

Tough times on the horizon in Tidesville my crimson friend. Let the good times roll.

Yes, I've been informed about the demise of Alabama.

First the narrative was that we had a coach that couldn't recruit the south. That one didn't last very long.

Now for the on the field part. What will you say if Georgia loses to 'Bama in September? I'm sure the narrative will shift yet again.

"if Georgia loses to Bama..."

I won't counter this with sarcasm, which is the norm on this cesspool-of-a-forum. But I will counter this with old fashioned common sense. UGA could very well lose to Bama this season. Bama is still loaded with talent, as is UGA. but the one thing that has changed is that Saban is gone. And you can talk all you want and hang on to recruiting rankings from some website or do whatever....but nothing will change the fact that Saban is one of, if not THE, best coaches that ever coached the game. KD is NOT saban. The closest thing that has come down the pike to Saban in the history of the SEC is Kirby Smart. But even HE is not Saban. The good Lord broke the mold when He made Saban. Now Saban is gone. In the words of Captain Jack Ross on 'A Few Good Men'; "Those are the facts, and they are undisputed."
