Oklahoma wasn't that good last year. Yes, you guys beat us, but I think you were cheating your asses off..
How was OU cheating?
An actual reporter after Bedlam told Gundy that the B12 didn’t want an OU Texas championship. Literally on camera. Dude the amount of nonesense called down the stretch was hard to watch. I get it, OU and Texas have benefited with calls going their way for many years but last year was just a disgrace by the B12

My opinion is that Venables was stealing the play calls.. similar to what Harbaugh was doing at Michigan.. similar to what Clemson was accused of doing while Venables was at Clemson.
We started huddling in the 2nd half and had a lot more success. Maybe I'm wrong, but y'all didn't look like the same team when I watched later on in the season. I think teams figured out what was going on and made adjustments.
On that topic, I'm not sure how a headset will help this problem go away. The QB will still have to signal to his WR the play call.. or the WR will still have to get the play call from the sidelines..
I get it. It's a part of the game, much like baseball. Coaches just have to get smarter to avoid having their plays stolen. If I was a coach, I'd be trying to do the same thing.
I think a lot more gets made of the plays being stolen on offense, but I think it happens on the other side of the ball too.. If you know a team is blitzing.. or in man.. zone.. etc.. that's a huge advantage as well.
