Tennessee lost a lot of experience in the secondary. You lost 8 DB's who were seniors in 2023, one junior and a couple of freshmen. Those included your top six DB tacklers in 2023 (a good proxy for playing time), and 7 of your top 9 DB tacklers from 2022. The replacements, from what I can see, are much less experienced than the guys who left.
I'm sure you'll say (fans normally do) that the new guys are a huge talent upgrade. That remains to be seen but the dropoff in experience is undeniable and will cause some problems. I'm expecting UGA to have some problems due to the 5 (3 starters) that we lost.

Other than Hadden not a single one was worth a damn and Hadden only had half a year. The young ones showed promise but the secondary was notoriously dreadful - bottom of the rankings. IDK how you can get worse given that. Worst case scenario is they're the same as they were minus Hadden which isn't the deal it would be since he was another one we lost early/mid season.
