Killian LA water department issues

I'm absolutely baffled that there does not seem to be ONE comment/explanation etc. from the actual Mayor [the person most responsible for the day to day operation of the water department for the last couple of DECADES]...it's always the Mayor pro-tem and or various Livingston Parish officials.....what gives ??

Where you live you can hand drill a water well and not worry your water department ever again.
