And even then it's still mostly because you played easy team in the East while West teams had 3 to 5 teams ranked.

UGA played 3 or more ranked SEC teams before the SECC in:

2023
2021
2019
2018
2005
2003
2002

Bama did it in:

2009
2012
2014
2015
2016
2018
2021
2023

Looks fairly even.

Also, I’m not sure you are thinking this through. If UGA didn’t belong in all those SECC against Bama, wouldn’t that mean Bama was kindof gifted the SEC Title?

2 East, 1 West, not bad, 2 actually in the top 10.

I only see 2. #20 Arkansas and #15 Kentucky.

2019

I only see 2. #6 Florida and #14 Auburn

Good year.

2 East ranked #6 and #11. And 1 West ranked #6. (I'm using best rank out of either AP or Coaches is why 2 are ranked 6).

2005

Only 2. #12 Florida and #14 Auburn

3 is correct, #1 LSU, #15 Tennessee, #24 Florida

2002

3 is correct. #11 Alabama, #14 Auburn, #24 Florida

So really, only 4 years.

And in total here, there are 8 SEC West Teams and 10 SEC East teams, and that's despite you only playing 2 West teams a year. Meaning, Alabama played 41% of these same teams that year, and that was only 2 games max out of their schedule.
