I think there needs to be a some sort of regulation on transferring
1st Transfer - Instant Eligibility
2nd Transfer - Sit Out A Season UNLESS
a) Coaching Change
b) Graduate
c) Family Medical Situation
It's literally Free Agency every year with no contractual stipulations. That's fiscally stupid for the school and the NIL foundations.

Hell, just go back to the old transfer rules. Sit out a year unless you are a grad transfer or the head coach leaves.
