Texas was trying to be a "network" channel on Cable TV.
Missouri was a new territory which promised St. Louis and Kansas City.
Texas A&M was a cool pick...but fizzled out in three years.
As did Missouri.

I would argue MIZ more imploded than fizzled out.
We had our star QB convert to cokehead right before all the fav rRant talking points.
