This reads as if ASU was in full compliance with the NCAA, participated 100% received a stamp of approval from the NCAA for exhibiting a perfect model of compliance with the NCAA's rules and regulations. ASU even pats them themselves on the back for their exemplary cooperation with the NCAA, which aided in mitigating what could've been much harsher penalties and sanctions. They are NCAA supporters, why should they strap on balls and fight them?
