If you do that you’re still not gonna land as many big name guys as a school willing to pay before the player “proves it”. All in all there simply needs to be a salary cap per school like the pros but then that makes players employees and all that. It’s coming though. One way or the other.

Landing big name guys isn't the ultimate goal. Results and a winning culture is more important.
