That's a bad list after the top 5, which are arguably interchangeable.
Having Arky over State, L'ville and Arizona is lol bad.
UT at 10? Huh?
UCLA, Florida, Syracuse, Indiana, Michigan, and Texas are all easily better jobs than Arky. And UT.

UCLA yes, Michigan, Indiana, and Syracuse are the only ones you could make an argument for.

UCLA historically has and still is a first tier job.
Arkansas, Florida , Texas, Arizona, Syracuse, Indiana and Michigan are second tier jobs.
Tennessee is a third tier job.
