I mean I think it’s a good situation for both. Maybe Cal is rejuvenated at a new spot? I’m sure he’ll take some of his guys with him. Arkansas could certainly do worse.

And now Kentucky has a good old fashioned coaching search.

I agree with this. If we have a big enough NIL pool (which I doubt Cal would come without that promise), we can do well. Y’all are ready to move on. This is a big enough splash hire to be beneficial for us and get you guys out of a stale relationship.

Cal would certainly take his recruiting class with him, which would suck for us next year but we'd likely be okay long term
