Practice facility is the only real thing, but it's probably the most important. Guys are limited on when they can even go shoot on their own. The big dogs have their own where if a guy wanted to go get up shots at 3am he could.

Correct. The bigger issue is when guys want to go shoot at like 3pm but can’t because the women’s team/volleyball is using the facility.
