For the same reason UGA doesn't want GT in the SEC.
Unless adding those teams means more money for UGA/SC/UF, they'll be against it. The SEC is not a charity.
None of those teams bring enough money to the table to give more money to existing SEC members. Why would any existing SEC team want to make less by adding them?
