It is absolutely not a big deal unless it is your rival imo.
in 2017 Florida lost mid week games to the following teams
Jacksonville
UCF
FGCU - twice
USF
and was the #3 overall seed in the tournament. Weekend games are what matters most. And it always depends on what all the other teams are doing somewhat as well.
