That's called "entitlement" and it's what's ruined our country. What's the incentive for an 18 yo kid to improve if he gets a million the day he steps on a college campus? The coach tries to discipline him to do more to improve and the kid transfers out to the next team willing to pay him another million just "cause". I think you are the delusional one if you think that is sustainable.
