While true, we don’t seem to have this problem with basketball. Either Bruce sets clearer expectations or recruits athletes that see the big picture. Granted it’s much easier to do on a team of 15, as opposed to a football roster.

Same reason N Saban retired. College football is in the process of dying. The fans just don’t know it yet
