Especially with a police car and police officer presence like 50 yards away. Like I was saying, if he were attacked, then officer easily could’ve heard it.
Here’s a much clearer video of the interaction. You can see the cop car and how close it is to the bridge. They would have to be pretty damn bold.

Someone posted this screenshot from that police officers body cam footage in that Twitter thread. It looks like a broken window in the red truck. Not saying it has anything to do with it, but just another oddity in this case. Also seems to indicate recent criminal activity in that exact location.
