Its the Lark apartments, they looked great when showing, but not safe at all, I could be off but I consider the area near walk-ons, Alex Box, and Tiger Stadium Campus...And The Lark is overrun with trash looking for cheaper rent, most of whom don't even go to LSU. Its well worth it to pay more and stay in better parts near LSU.
