Because you're stupid and don't understand capitalism or communism.

The idea people voluntarily grouping together and adhering to certain standards to produce a product is somehow communism where people are forced to do things in order to be productive for the state is outright ignorant.

I hope you didn't pay for whatever education you got.

The word(s) you are looking for is Anti trust violations, specifically violations of the Sherman Act.

Communism would be a governing union utilizing NIL to pool all of the generated wealth in order to redistribute it as the governing union saw fit.

The two have nothing to do with each other. It would be like someone asking you the day of the week and you responding with Periwinkle.
