Looking for Spyre being a person stuff from your post. But we know that was a simple mistake by a gator fan and he ate it.

Why would Spyre be considered a booster because employees were boosters? Is every company that has employees that were boosters now considered a booster? The company I work for has employees that donate heavily to the Maryville city school system and to Maryville college, is the company a booster? The company is a parent company to a restaurant that hires a couple highschool kids that play sports, NIL in highschool is legal in Tennessee, but is this a violation that could cost the kids their eligibility?

DJ, you are alright in small doses but try not to be this stupid. Spyre is not it’s employees or founders. Spyre has not bought season tickets, Spyre has not donated a dime, and Spyre does not work for the university. They are an independent entity that is a marketing firm that acts as a brokerage for athletes to promote various companies. They are a for profit institution. They are not a booster.
