He certainly did much better than other Tennessee coaches. His 10-6-1 record was outstanding, but not sure if that is really owning a program. Winning 15 in a row though? That would be owning someone.

The rest of the sports world was sure.
Heck, from 1995 to 2001 he beat Alabama seven times in a row.
He absolutely owned them.
