What a bunch of nonsense. The previous coach has nothing to do with a current coaches ability to lead.

Following Saban is a blessing. Les Miles did it at LSU, and everything you dumbasses claim about DeBoer was even more true for him. He was a Michigan guy who coached a few years at OkSt. Only instead of building a national championship contender, he ran a .500 record in the Big12. No SEC ties, not a good recruiter, etc.

And still Les Miles won a NC with the program Saban built.

What sucks is trying to be at a place like Florida that has had multiple coaches fail to build anything.

DeBoer has everything he needs and couldn't be in a better position. If he fails it's on him. The only thing that might not be on his side is fan expectations, but if you can't deal with that, don't take the job to start with.
