jokes aside, a pre-NIL NCAA football game where you could have bagmen and a risk/reward system for recruting violations would be amazing

Or just an open world concept like GTA where you’re a football recruit who goes on recruiting visits and you have goals to attain but where you get offers from and all depends on choices you make in missions during the game.

You can also be an aspiring coach working through the ranks getting job offers. The game could have different health, confidence, mental ability, strength, etc meters you have to maintain for player or coach as the user. Different options and choices through the game affect these. Example: you’ve worked 18 hours on recruiting and are tired but need to finish. Do you:

A. Take a nap
b. Drink coffee
c. Take amphetamines/uppers

You have to manage fans approval rating, boosters approval, players morale.
