Well if what you are saying is true(its not) than there is no point in trying. There is no appetite for DEI nonsense anymore amongst the general public and its implementation has been a disaster. If a black person thinks they cant get a fair shake where they live, it makes sense to go elsewhere.

Go for it. That said, id bet a good number of black folks in Alabama would disagree with your assertions
