Not surprising. UA really put themselves in a bind by having UAH as part of the school system. All the STEM resources go there and Birmingham before it goes to Tuscaloosa. There is no reason for UA to not have a research center in Huntsville like AU has. They can even combine it with UAH to not piss them off if they'd like.
