Auburn gave additional seating to the students instead of selling season tickets (donations). 3/4 of the lower bowl is reserved for students.
The athletic department checks with the ticket outlets to see how many SRO tickets are left to sell then allows that number of additional students in the game. Large portion of SRO places are generally taken by the students who go in 30 min before everyone else.
Scholly’s have their own entrance.
