I read the “I was at home” comment he made and thought he was trying to claim he was just chilling out at the house. I think he meant he was back in his hometown.

And while back in his hometown he and two of his boys went to someone’s apartment to… rob? beat? sell drugs? One of them, for whatever reason, pulled out a gun and started shooting.

Based on his statement, Trey Holly may not have been the one that pulled the trigger. And he seems to think that makes him innocent. But like Darius Miles found out, the cops don’t care and that won’t save him even if it was his buddy doing the actual shooting. He may be able to plea bargain in exchange for testifying against the others. But that might not end well for him either.
