UGA is worth 160% of what UT is worth according to both universities. UGA grads earn 114% of what a UT grad earns. UGA has 113% of UTs alumni base. Georgias GDP is 153% that of Tennessee. Per capita DGP in Georgia is 112% of that in Tennessee. Georgia's population is 156% that of Tennessee. For every kid in Tennessee signed to a FBS (DIV 1) football scholarship 4 from Georgia are signed to a FBS scholarship - the number of "blue chips" is close to 6-1 in favor of Georgia. There is no elimination of any rules which will level the playing field between UGA and Tennessee...There are simply more resources in Athens than there is in Knoxville and more opportunity in Georgia than there is in Tennessee. Add this to your knowing beyond doubt that UGA has a looooonnnnggggg headstart, despite having never been on any kind of NCAA probation while UT is currently on probation and there is no logical reason to assume that UGA, with more resources and more opportunities and a long head start to operating without any regard to rules and doing so without getting caught will not continue to own the Vols and own the Vols handidly.
