Based upon what? There are still rules in place.

No their aren't. There are no rules that stop a collective from flying anyone anywhere.

You're welcome to point me to this supposed rule.

Says you. Unfortunately for Tennessee, Smokey’s Howl isn’t the NCAA Rules Committee.

There are, however, recruiting rules preventing boosters from providing transportation for a recruit to visit campus.

If you google “can NIL be used in recruiting” this is what pops up.

And this is why Tennessee is going to get hammered. You nor anyone involved in Tennessee athletics realizes there is a difference between NIL and recruiting.

At this point it is comical.

No shite. But if there's any involvement from the school or coordination, that's a violation.

There's no "rule" against me walking up to a recruit and giving them a million dollars for them to sign with Florida. But if I arranged a tour of the school or spoke work the AD prior to this then my school will get hammered.

This isn't that hard, even for a brain dead, whiskey soaked alter such as yourself.
