Most people don’t understand Nico signed the NIL with Sypre sports. And he was not committed to Tennessee at the time. But the contract said that he would sign with SYPRE sports, and being under no obligation to sign with Tennessee. He could’ve went to another school, but he would still have Spyre Sports representing him on his NIL. And this is per Tom Mars attorney for SYPRE sports.
