It is run by feckless, ineffectual, wannabe-big time feaux-intellectuals, who failed to erect appropriate guardrails for NIL. This in turn established the Wild West and now they are upset that the shooting has started. They are the personification of obsolescence, and they should be torn down brick by bureaucratic brick.
