Texas & OU will be playing in the SEC for the 1st time..they really don't understand they're no IA ST , TX Tech, or Kansas like teams in the SEC other than Vandy.

This is a mantra claimed over and over again by SEC people.

And I won't dispute it other than to say that if you take the top two division winners for each year in the SEC since 2008... Their record against the rest of the SEC in the regular season is 236-24. That is a 90.8% winning percentage.

There seems to be a pretty big gap between the top two SEC teams and the rest. It is possible that OU and Texas will fit nicely into that gap.

LSU & OU have 1st starters at QB with little to no experience

LSU Quarterback has SEC championship game and bowl game experience. Try again.

Not when you get tripped up by Iowa State, Kansas State, Baylor, Oklahoma State routinely. There are no weeks off in the SEC.

For the time being I might would put Texas above Georgia. You made the playoffs and have added a bunch through the portal. We'll be very, very good, but so will Texas. Should be interesting.
