Arkansas has Walmart, Tysons and Jerry Jones for starters.
Florida should have some Billionaires. Oklahoma has oil money too. Vanderbilt should have several Billionaires, but they don’t give a crap for sports.
Rest of us are just foragers who can afford two or three elites a year.

Bingo! Not all these rich people give two shits about college football at all or in their state. Jerry Jones can't even buy Dallas a Superbowl, you think he gives a damn about Arkansas right now?
