Yeah Mack played in the best league in Northern California vs powerhouse programs.

Definitely more tested than Sayin

they were both in division 1, but Cali is broken up into regional sections, and leagues within those. If you win your section go to the state playoffs for your division and then you get a state champion at every division level. The section that Folsom in is much tougher than the section Carlsbad is in, and the league within the section that forum is in is one of the hardest of not the hardest in the state, especially since Folsom joined it.

The famous California Catholic schools like mater Dei and St John Bosco play in a different division entirely, the open division. Folsom is probably the top public high school football program in California for the last 12 years or so

Mack's team won the San Joaquin Section championship but lost in the state division 1 semis. Sayin's team never win the San Diego section any of the 3 years he started
