Right now the handlers are "uncles" "family friends". Now that some these deals are becoming public it is only a matter of time before registered agents get in on the act. They won't be able to help themselves.

Frankly, I am very skeptical about these payouts. I don't believe Bonds is cashing a check for $750K this week. A free lease on a muscle car? OK, but not the actual money. Has to be some strings or requirements attached. X amount of appearances at the dealership signing footballs. Although none of these lazy asses will want to actually do anything to earn it.

Don't have a link, but Walter Nolan was on X today telling A&M recruits to check their contract language. Sounds like all those top players they signed got stiffed compared to what was offered. I believe this will happen far more often than not. This system has to implode upon itself.
