The only concern is his FBS history isn't very long. And his name is too close to DuBose at first glance.
There isn't anyone who is going to replace Saban. I have the same expectations for DeBoer as I did when Saban came. If he can keep the program in good standing and win a national championship, I'll be happy. Anything more than that is a bonus.

This is the most likely point of failure for DeBoer; the insane expectations of Gumps will lead them to crucify him as soon as they perceive he is not Nick Satan reincarnated.
