Noncompetes generally don’t hold up in right-to-work states, of which most SEC states are.
Not a lawyer but have been sued on such and successfully won in both Tennessee and Texas.

Damn, well that was my only solution I could come up with lol. Im unsure how you stop the runaway train at this point.
