No this was a properly structured contract. You enter portal, you give back the perks and since he probably got a lot of his money up front there was probably a claw back.

Glad the NIL collective didn't bend over and take it.

Jimbo was letting some stupid shite from him slide like sleeping through a practice. Elko showed he meant business in the first team meeting.

"properly structured contract" drawn up by who exactly and for what reason? Unless you personally have a business that Nolen was signed on to for endorsements, you have no idea how the contract was structured or what it was for. That is of course you're talking about that "Aggies United" or whatever thing...and spiteful contracts with players will be very attractive to prospective recruits, lulz.
